2017 Annual Bible Seminar
Seeing Jesus:
An overview of the New Testament
Pastor Lessing
January 28, 2017
9:00 – 3:00p
On Saturday, January 28, from 9:00 to 3:00p, St. Michael will present its third annual seminar on the Bible.  The topic is “Seeing Jesus: An Overview of the New Testament.”  By means of over 150 full-color teaching diagrams, Pastor Lessing will make the New Testament come alive.  Research tells us that the human brain receives 87% of its information through the eyes but only 9% through the ears.  Dr. Lessing’s teaching diagrams, symbols, and pictures transcend language, culture, and age barriers.  He will also draw upon well-researched biblical, historical, and cultural insights to convey the message of the New Testament with fresh meaning and personal relevance.  Isn’t it time for you to spend a day looking at the books of Matthew through Revelation?  Wouldn’t it be great to realize anew the depth and beauty of the Gospels, the theology of St. Paul, and the breathtaking insights in books like Hebrews, 1 Peter and Revelation?  Come and see Jesus in new and powerful ways!  The cost for the seminar is $15 per person, which includes lunch and all materials. Registration is closed.
